We are partnering with Indiana University Northwest School of Business and Economics to offer a no-cost workshop on addressing the challenges faced by small- and medium-sized family-owned businesses in Northwest Indiana. Key Objectives: Outline the challenges faced, find key solutions to the challenges faced by small family-run businesses, and provide real-life examples of family-run businesses that have successfully addressed the key challenges outlined above.
